In 2000, armed with little more than an idea about how Telephone Answering Services should be changed, Rachel Clacher launched Moneypenny with her brother Ed Reeves. Today Moneypenny is the UK market leader, handling millions of calls on behalf of thousands of companies, and growth is set to continue at over 70%.

Not content with dominating the small business market for answering services, Moneypenny now provides its Outsourced Reception service to larger firms, handling calls exactly as if they were based in clients’ offices and supporting or replacing conventional receptions. In fact you’re likely to have spoken to Moneypenny already, but never realised!
